Overview of Role: The analyst will own day-to-day Oracle Fusion management, responsible for keeping the system clean, usable, and continuously improving for end users. This analyst will be at the forefront of leading the adoption of No PO No Pay across all self-service procurement users and stakeholders. They will maintain our SOP repository as a single source of truth for self-service procurement, writing, updating, and improving process documentation and quick-reference guides so that users have clear, current, and practical instructions. The role will also lead hosting monthly virtual training and weekly office hours, fielding questions, capturing pain points, and creating actionable system or process enhancements. Finally, this analyst will run recurring Oracle reports, build and maintain KPIs, and manage improvement recommendations.

Assigned Tasks:

• Monitor and clean up Oracle Fusion self-service procurement data daily
• Review and resolve requisition and PO errors
• Validate and maintain catalog content
• Maintain the SOP repository, draft new SOPs, review existing SOPs
• Plan, schedule, and host monthly virtual training and office hours
• Manage improvement initiatives
• Support cross-functional interactions with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or another enterprise ERP procurement module, with a solid grasp of how requisitions, POs, suppliers, and catalogs work end to end
• Ability to write clear, concise SOPs and how-to guides for non-technical end users
• Comfortable running and interpreting ERP reports, exporting data, and doing basic to intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data for trends
• Experience facilitating trainings or office hours for business users, preferably in a virtual / remote setting
• Basic project management skills for small system or process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Required in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 35 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems (specifically Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion/Cloud).
• Certification: Preferred certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations.
• Immediate Availability: Must be able to complete the hiring process and begin onboarding ASAP.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work a permanent night shift schedule (10:00 PM 6:00 PM PH Time)
