Job Description

The Applications Administrator is responsible for administering, governing, coordinating, and providing first-level support for our AU Client Oracle Cloud platform across enterprise applications, including HCM, ERP, and Finance.

The position works closely with functional administrators across HR, Finance, and IT, as well as internal technical teams, external providers, and Oracle Support, to triage, resolve, and escalate issues appropriately. The role does not own business processes but ensures enterprise applications operate as secure, integrated, reliable, and well-supported platforms.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
  • Work setup: Work-from-Home
  • Salary range: PHP 100,000 - 120,000

In this role, you will:

Oracle Platform Administration

  • Administer Oracle Cloud environments across HCM, ERP, and Finance, including platform configuration and routine application administration.
  • Maintain Oracle configuration standards, administration procedures and supporting platform documentation.
  • Monitor platform issues, risks and control concerns, coordinating resolution with the appropriate functional or technical teams.
  • Support approved configuration changes, environment management and system deployments in accordance with governance requirements.

Environment & Release Management

  • Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, release schedules and associated implementation activities.
  • Support regression testing with functional administrators and business users and track identified defects through to resolution.
  • Coordinate production deployments and complete post-release validation activities.
  • Maintain accurate release, testing, and deployment documentation in accordance with change-control requirements.

System Administration & Helpdesk Support

  • Provide first-level helpdesk support for Oracle, Microsoft 365, user accounts, devices, printers, connectivity and standard business applications.
  • Receive, triage, troubleshoot, and manage incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues to internal IT teams, functional administrators, or external providers as required.
  • Support user onboarding, offboarding, password management, Single Sign-On, application access, permissions and user-account changes in accordance with approved processes.
  • Maintain accurate ticket records, monitor support queues and ensure requests are progressed within agreed service levels.

Enterprise Support & Automation

  • Work with functional administrators across HCM, Finance and ERP to investigate application issues and support root-cause analysis.
  • Liaise with Oracle Support, implementation partners, integration providers and internal technical teams to coordinate resolution of complex issues.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processing.
  • Support the transition of new functionality, system changes and automation solutions into operational support.

We're looking for Someone Who has:

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud administration, preferably across HCM, ERP, and Finance.
  • Experience providing first-level application or IT helpdesk support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage, resolve, and appropriately escalate technical and application issues.
  • Experience with Oracle security, user access, roles, permissions and identity management.
  • Strong customer service, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with functional administrators, technical teams, vendors, and end users across multiple business areas.
