The successful candidate will lead the continuous improvement initiative in geothermal operations and processes while leveraging on data analytics and AI technologies to maximize efficiency and business performance. He will also serve as a catalyst for operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the geothermal business.
The Role
- Analyzes various operational data and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability
- Generates enterprise systems and monitoring platforms to generate actionable insights
- Assesses organizational data assets and identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, usability, quality, and governance
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate data analysis into reservoir management workflows and liaises with IT to implement improvements as necessary
- Creates clear and concise documentation, reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology and similar activities in the geothermal and IT industry
- Promotes safety and awareness and ensures compliance with relevant regulations
The Individual
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or another relevant discipline
- Experienced in analyzing operational data and implementing enterprise systems
- Strong expertise in managing organizational data assets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Willing to work on-site in Makati, with occasional travel to field sites
