Job Summary
You will be responsible for selling 999.9 (optical) and 999.9 feelsun (sunglasses) at Four Nines direct branch, performing professional refraction for customers, and delivering exceptional service through expert consultation and personalized eyewear recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional refraction assessments to determine customers vision needs and recommend appropriate lenses
- Consult with customers to recommend and customize eyewear solutions that meet their lifestyle and vision requirements
- Apply Four Nines unique adjustment techniques to ensure optimal fit and comfort of eyewear
- Manage daily retail operations including sales transactions, stock inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless customer service and achieve sales targets
- Uphold Four Nines standards of quality in product presentation, customer service, and personal professionalism
Required competencies and certifications
- Fully registered optician or optometrist with OOB certification
- Pre-registered opticians are welcome to apply
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong teamwork skills demonstrated through collaboration in retail or service environments
