Role Description

We're looking for an Technical and Solution Sales Person on a full-time, fully remote basis. You will:

  • Ignite and qualify a steady stream of leads across target segments over the telephone.
  • Nurture and expand key accounts through daily engagement and strategic followup.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations and marketing to craft compelling, technicallyaccurate proposals.
  • Design and iterate sales plays that hit agreed targets and accelerate pipeline velocity

Commercial flair and technical curiosity are critical. You'll thrive in an earlystage environment with high levels of ambiguity and where agility and resourcefulness drive success.

A company laptop will be provided for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in inside sales and lead generation within technical, industrial or startup contexts.
  • Knowledge of optical fibre fusion splicer products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely
  • Exceptional communicator, able to demystify complex technology into clear business benefits
  • Selfmotivated, disciplined and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
  • Prior exposure to opticalfibre, telecommunications or adjacent industries highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Remuneration

A base of 20,000PHP plus considerable commission is available for the right candidate. Very achievable OTE of 60,000 PHP/mo. Commissions uncapped.
