This position is primarily responsible for assisting is the operations and administration tasks of the various divisions of BPI Capital Corporation.
Responsibilities
Frontline/client reception
- Receiving and assisting clients
- Answer phone calls and transfer as appropriate
- Take and relay messages as needed
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping functions (i.e., monthly income reports, aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable, Securities Exchange Commissions and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas reports)
- Monitor payment of deals fees and related expenses
- Process reimbursements/payments of expenses
- Assists internal and external audit requests
- Prepare booking/settlement instructions to implementing units
- Assists in the preparation and routing of reports, presentation materials and deal documents
- Maintain and update files, databases, shared drives, record and other documents
- Assist in the submission of requirements and/or reports to regulators (e.g. SEC and BSP)
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the various marketing functions
- Arrange logistics of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls
- Arrange international and domestic business travels of BPICC Associates and up
- Route on-boarding requests
- Perform LAN related functions
- Maintain and update record of Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FFE)
- Supplies management
- Perform administrative and other functions as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent/Information Technology
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
