Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Production Operator.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting under the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machine/s, covering activities from start-up to shutdown, in compliance with standard operating procedures and respective work instructions. The Production Operator implements practices, systems, and action items relevant to occupational safety, quality, and maintenance of the unit operations and processes. The Production Operator conducts a quality check of the product & the processes, implements cost & process improvements, and participates in preventive maintenance of the machine/s.
What are the Qualifications
- Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering, or engineering-related courses, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; technical certifications and/or license is an advantage;
- With or without experience, experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;
- Familiarity with relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC, is an advantage;
- With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel); and
- Has a good team player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude
