Job Description:

  • Responsible to handle assigned machine(s) and ensure certification badges are always updated and should be certified at least 1 process/stations.
  • Responsible to process all engineering lots with quality and with corresponding work Instructions in final test and hand test area but not limited to ATE testing and manual testing.
  • Conduct/Attend to endorsement meeting and flexcell setup status to incoming shift technical operator .
  • For reliability samples, prior process performs actual count and compare tothe latest receive quantity at lot traveler
  • Responsible to collect and transfer the documents such as test datalogs, test summaries, csv, and stdf from the tested reliability samples/engineering lots and store on the defined folder path.
  • Assist Flexcell technicians. Especially if technician is absent or overwhelmed with other setup issues thru package conversion and setup.
  • Help resolve problem setups through first level verification (FLV) flow. Perform manufacturing self-check (MSC), log sheet fill up and observe and monitor 5S on engineering working stations and areas.
  • Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, meeting the required utilization/capacity on his/her station.
  • Escalates/reports any problems encountered in the line to the shift leader or supervisor on duty. .
  • Responsible for ensuring good set-up and isolation of stations with minor problems like set-up and probe related issues in reference to OCAP's and handler error management.
  • Responsible that all machine downtime, lot history, real time transaction, manual PPO, lot splitting, and merging of lot are being carried out and must be logged on Reporter8, MES/Reliability Lab transaction, and PPO.
  • Responsible for ensuring all assigned machine (s) are always running on an acceptable level. . Responsible for the quality of his/her products, preventing any quality issues in the line and aiming for zero Lot rejection.
  • Responsible for informing immediate supervisor for emergency situations such as unable to report for work, filing of vacation leaves and sick leaves.
  • Support Production related activities
  • Participate in CIT projects and suggestions program.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education: TESDA/Technical Vocational Course related or engineering undergraduate, and Sr High graduate - TVL/STEM
  • Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
  • Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal direction
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential
  • Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
  • Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to explicitly follow very specific instruction and routines
