Job Description- 6S activities pre and post shift
- Understand and Follows the operations specifications and SOP's within his / her function area.
- Properly handshakes line status to incoming shifts.
- Responsible for the quality of products and preventing any quality issues in the line. Should always aim for zero lot rejection.
- Responsible for handling assigned machines/area and always ensures certification badge is always updated.
- Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, making sure that the parameters required for utilization/capacity are achieved.
- Escalates / reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor or lead Operator (in the absence of Supervisor) on duty.
- Responsible to ensure good set-up and isolation on stations with minor problems like set- up or machine related issues in reference to required OCAP
- Responsible for handling assigned machines.
- Responsible that all machine downtime, lot history, splitting and merging transactions (as applicable) of lots are being carried out real time.
- Responsible to inform immediate supervisor if not able to report for work.
- Participate in suggestions programs of the company. Strictly follows company Rules and Regulations
Requirements/Qualifications- College level or Senior High School Graduate
- Highschool level maybe considered depending on work experience.
- With MS Office knowledge.
- With Visual inspection experience low power scope
- Good eyesight- normal vision
- Good communication skill
- Basic computer knowledge in excel
- Basic Mathematical skills for yield computations
