Job Description:

• Receives incoming materials, ensuring that it tallies with its delivery documents. Completely endorse to Quality Assurance Team, received materials that needs incoming inspection.
• Transacts the received materials / supplies in AX System. Reconciles it with Purchase Orders. Updates inventory list / report.
• Forwards all original documents for the received materials to Finance Team.
• Organizes and stores all received items into its respective location.
• Conducts regular / annual cycle counting of materials and supplies to maintain integrity of inventory.
• Assure accuracy of actual count against the inventory in the system.
• Prepares, Kit and Issue accurately, materials and supplies to production/requestor/subcontractors based on Work Order / Picking List / Material Request Form / Floor Stock Needed in timely manner.
• Perform necessary transaction in AX to move or adjust materials and supplies to its proper location.
• Monitors current inventory level of supplies by coordinating with concerned personnel, items with issues, expiration, and near minimum/zero inventory.
• Address query and assists on resolving discrepancies on receipts, regarding the receipts, deliveries, and issuance of materials / dice.
• Submit all needed reports by the Supervisor. And contributes ideas and procedures for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• College level
• At least 2 years of experience in related field, preferably
• Must have a working experience in Warehouse at Semiconductor Industry
• Must be a residence in Laguna or willing to be assigned in Laguna
• Basic knowledge in AX Dynamics or any MRP system is a plus
• Honest, trustworthy and must have passion to work
