Operations Trainer(BPO)

Work Location : Vertis North, Quezon City

Work Setup : Onsite

Work Schedule : Shifting Schedule - morning, mid, and graveyard shift

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
• Training delivery experience.; relevant subject matter experience
• Required Language: English
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least minimum of 2 years Training experience
• Experience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation; proficient in second language
• BPO training experience.
• Training experience supporting Financial Services and/or Technology LOBs

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
