Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and activity-based maintenance.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management.
  • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance systems (bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, etc.).
  • Familiarity with permit processing and compliance documentation.
  • BOSH Certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the execution of preventive, corrective, and activity-based maintenance activities.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance work to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations.
  • Ensure proper utilization of maintenance tools, equipment, and resources.
  • Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and permit processing.
  • Monitor maintenance costs and assist in budget control initiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties related to maintenance operations and continuous improvement programs.
