Operations Team Leader | FinTech

Hytech Philippines is looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our growing team in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry, supporting accounts related to digital finance, trading platforms, and global financial services.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader with a strong background in customer service who enjoys developing teams and thriving in a fast-paced, trading-driven and technology-oriented environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives supporting fintech and trading-related accounts

• Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development

• Set and maintain high standards for customer service to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

• Handle escalated customer concerns related to trading accounts and financial services, ensuring timely resolution

• Foster open communication within the team and collaborate with cross-functional departments

• Act as a liaison between the customer service team and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service delivery

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business studies or any related field

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

• Experience in resolving customer inquiries and handling complaints, preferably within financial, trading, or fintech accounts

• Proven track record of training customer service new joiners and managing quality control

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficiency in Zendesk and customer service CRM systems is an added advantage

• Knowledge or experience in Financial Technology, trading platforms, or digital financial services is an added advantage
