Responsibilities

o Lead and monitor the team in warehouse operations activities
o Work with Operations Supervisor for the resources planning in all operations activities.
o Monitors the daily accomplishments of the team per area based on plan activities.
o Participates in inventory counting based on the agreed schedule.
o Work with the Operations Supervisor on the inventory reconciliation as necessary.
o Process the Inbound deliveries and Outbound orders in the system.
o Prepares the documents needed for the outbound orders and inbound deliveries.
o Reporting and coordinating any system issues and transaction incident encountered
o Escalates any operations issue, Safety and Quality non-conformances to Operations Supervisor
o Response to customer inquiries and concerns.
o Participates / leads Performance Dialog/Team Briefing.
o Attends meeting with the customer and site leaders.
o Monitor the attendance and performance of the team members.
o Manage the archiving of all Operations records and documents.

Takeover the role of the Supervisor whenever the Supervisor is not around.

Requirements

• Atleast College Level/ Graduate with1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Communication Skills
