Shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of recent operations supervisory experience in US/UK banking operations (voice account) in BPO
- Financial account experience must be in mortgage, car/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or any similar facet (Insurance or payroll not considered)
- Solid knowledge of the banking/collections process and bucket flows
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably available to start immediately
