Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead with a strong Technical Support background to manage and support enterprise HR technology accounts. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills and at least 3 consecutive years of experience as an Operations Team Lead.
This role requires hands-on experience supporting HR-related software platforms, including Human Resources Software, Workforce Management, Human Capital Management, Time & Payroll Systems, AI for HR solutions, and Workforce Analytics/Trends tools. Candidates without direct experience in these systems will not be considered.
The position is onsite in Quezon City, with a 24/7 shifting schedule.
