Job Description

Highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Supervisor with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and exceptional communication skills. Demonstrates a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

  • 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in the BPO
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be willing to work on the night shift.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Strong skills in data analytics
  • Prior experience handling or supporting a program launch.
  • Confident and competent enough to independently lead the team
  • Aligns with our leadership values and works well with the operations management.
