Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (any field)

Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and/or night shift at BGC, Taguig City

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO setting.

Must know how to handle and improve metrics.

Leadership and team building skills.

People management and Development skills

Basic project management skills

General understanding of business and business needs.

Job Description

Monitors and manages the work of a group of CSRs, making sure that each person meets the criteria established by the client and the business.

keeps track of each team member's performance in relation to predetermined account and program KPIs and offers the support and help required to improve, reach, or surpass those criteria.

carries out team management duties on a regular basis, including data reporting on the team's performance and coaching and mentoring.

carries out team administrative tasks (such as payroll templates); encourages agents to give their best effort in order to meet professional development goals, improve account productivity, and boost the company's overall profitability.
