Job Description

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills
Experience of at least 3 straight years as an Operations Team Lead
Strong background with Technical Support handling accounts such as Human Resources Software, Workforce Management Software, Human Capital Management Software, Time and Payroll Software, AI for HR, and Workforce Trends
Experience in supporting HCM accounts(Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Sage) on Technical Support vertical
Willing to work onsite on shifting schedule within 24/7 shift
Willing to work in Eastwood City, QC
