Expressions Stationery Shop Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Support Staff to join our team under Fun Nation. As an Operations Support Staff, you will be the backbone of our daily functions, handling everything from logistical coordination to administrative troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Check daily store sales reports for accuracy and fix any errors in the digital tracking systems.
- Assist staff with cash register (POS) issues and help fix technical errors in sales reporting when they occur.
- Review employee cash handling (tracking shortages and overages) every 15th and 30th of the month and approve requests for store petty cash.
- Manage requests for new vendor setups and provide remote technical support for Funcard maintenance.
- Lead technical setup for store openings, including installing fingerprint scanners, setting up registers, and training new users.
- Work with the Operations team to make sure everyone follows security rules and company policies.
- Update staff on new company rules or memos to ensure everyone stays informed and compliant
- Organize and store company documents so they can be found quickly when needed.
Requirements
- College graduate. or fresh grad are welcome to apply.
- 1 years of experience in administrative, logistic, or operation functions (preferred).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High-level multitasking abilities.
- Preferably with a tech background.
- Amiable with a pleasing personality.
