Job Summary:
- Responsible for handling daily and periodic tasks that help maintain the processes of the business is running efficiently in compliance with policies and approved procedures; for providing technical and administrative support to the business; for identifying areas with possible process improvements and technology needs/enhancements of the business and for providing possible solutions to technical problems.
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
- College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology courses
- With at least 5 years relevant experience in business/system analysis and/or operations preferably gained from a Bank or Financial Institution
- With basic knowledge in handling credit card core systems
- With basic knowledge in bank's core system
