We are looking for an experiencedOperations Support Managerto lead systems, workflow optimisation, project execution, and team operations across a fast-growing organisation. You will work closely with leadership to streamline processes, manage cross-department coordination, implement ClickUp systems, support recruitment & HR, and ensure smooth day-to-day operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support leadership with strategic execution
- Build & manage ClickUp systems, workflows, dashboards & automation
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment & timely delivery
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR processes & performance cycles
- Improve SOPs, documentation, knowledge base & internal systems
- Coordinate remote teams and ensure communication flow across departments
- Track KPIs, compile reports, and uphold operational standards
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Operations/Project Management/HR
- Strong ClickUp or equivalent project management experience
- Experience managing remote teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing automation and operational workflows
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, project management systems
- HR or People Ops background is a strong advantage
