About The Role

The Operations Support Intern will assist in planning and executing kiosk/machine deployments, supporting site prep, documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with various eTapSol departments and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in operations implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deployment Tracker Management
  
  

Maintain and regularly update the machine deployment tracker to ensure data accuracy and operational visibility. Monitor deployment status and coordinate with relevant internal teams to validate and reconcile updates in a timely manner. Support the efficient tracking of machine movements and deployment activities.

• Documentation and Reporting Support
  
  

Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and organization of weekly and monthly deployment reports for internal and management review. Document deployment processes, timelines, issues, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge retention. Help develop and maintain standardized reporting templates to enhance consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting.

• Internal Coordination and Communication
  
  

Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to coordinate machine deployments, pullouts, transfers, and other movement-related activities. Ensure timely and accurate communication of deployment updates to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and maintain weekly machine movement report presentations for operational alignment and management discussions. Consolidate and manage professional business correspondence, including formal emails and communications with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Technology and Systems Proficiency
  
  

Utilize Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets, for monitoring, tracking, and reporting operational data. Assist in maintaining operational databases, trackers, and monitoring tools used by the team. Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to additional systems, software, and digital tools required to support operational processes effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Pursuing a degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective in communication and documentation.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with risk management, security, or operations is a plus.
