JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication such as calls, emails, and letters.
- Maintain accurate filing of records, contracts, permits, memos, and correspondences.
- Assist the Senior Technical Operations Support Group Mngr. in the preparation of notices, reports, and presentations
- Monitor and make timely request to replenish office supplies and ensure availability of forms and documents.
- Assist Technical Operation Support Group with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring proper endorsement and follow-up.
- Performs other customer service-related or administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Senior Technical Operations Support Group Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFIFCATIONS
- College Graduate of any (4) year course
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with professionalism in handling concerns
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
