Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage incoming and outgoing communication such as calls, emails, and letters.
  2. Maintain accurate filing of records, contracts, permits, memos, and correspondences.
  3. Assist the Senior Technical Operations Support Group Mngr. in the preparation of notices, reports, and presentations
  4. Monitor and make timely request to replenish office supplies and ensure availability of forms and documents.
  5. Assist Technical Operation Support Group with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring proper endorsement and follow-up.
  6. Performs other customer service-related or administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Senior Technical Operations Support Group Manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFIFCATIONS

  • College Graduate of any (4) year course
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented with professionalism in handling concerns
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
