Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist with at least 6 months of relevant experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, resource management, and client management. The Operations Support Specialist will provide critical support to cross-functional teams, driving efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and exiting employees.

- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, orientation schedules, and exit formalities.

  • Resource Management/Employee Services:
  • - Maintain accurate employee records, including project assignments, contracts, and performance data, with a focus on HRMS accuracy.

- Serve as a liaison between employees and internal teams for benefits, payroll, and HR-related inquiries.

- Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping (DTR), HMO enrollment/termination, and other onboarding/offboarding requirements.

  • Client Management Support:
  • - Assist Recruitment POCs in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), reports, and other ad hoc tasks.

- Track and document client interactions, service agreements, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

- Monitor contract compliance and escalate issues as needed to maintain service quality.

- Support recruitment and business development initiatives through related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or with minimum of 6 months of experience in operations support, recruitment, or client services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
