Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist with at least 6 months of relevant experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, resource management, and client management. The Operations Support Specialist will provide critical support to cross-functional teams, driving efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, orientation schedules, and exit formalities.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and internal teams for benefits, payroll, and HR-related inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping (DTR), HMO enrollment/termination, and other onboarding/offboarding requirements.
- Track and document client interactions, service agreements, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor contract compliance and escalate issues as needed to maintain service quality.
- Support recruitment and business development initiatives through related administrative tasks.
