Job Description

Operations Support Administrator

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM / 4PM to 12AM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Fixed-term (12 months)

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 24,000 to Php 30,000

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Support Administrators to join our Manila Education Operations team. The role will support busy teams when most needed with a variety of administrative tasks, moving between teams for short placements, providing assistance on a day-to-day basis. This supports our operational teams by increasing resilience and enabling future growth.

What will you do as an OST Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Support Team (OST) Managers, your role is critical to the completion of work, providing flexible support especially in busy periods. You will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of allocated tasks depending on where you are working, which will change as the examination series progresses. You will also be expected to:

  • Respond professionally to colleagues and customers
  • Advocate collaborative working relationships with Operations team members and colleagues across the organisation
  • Share knowledge of good practice and new techniques adopted in one team and show how these can apply to other situations
  • Pioneer and identify process improvements, speaking up for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Update procedures and submit for approval when required so they are current and correct
  • Perform other duties as defined by the line manager and/or deployment supervisor.

You take initiative, quickly build rapport and integrate with new teams, enjoy solving problems, and understand the importance of regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

You should also have:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Word. Knowledge of PowerBI is also desirable)
  • Clear and confident professional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Well organised, and able to prioritise effectively
  • High accuracy and speed in data entry and maintenance across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with—or a willingness to learn—tools like Zendesk and SAP.
