Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabangan, Zambales, responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centric services. This role supervises frontline and support staff, coordinates housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance activities, and monitors service standards to maintain a consistent guest experience. The Operations Supervisor tracks operational performance, manages schedules, supports inventory and procurement processes, and helps enforce safety and compliance protocols. The role also involves handling guest concerns, collaborating with department heads on process improvements, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff coaching.
- Hands-on experience in operations and operations management within hospitality or a similar service environment.
- Well-developed analytical skills for problem-solving, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of basic hotel/resort procedures, safety standards, and guest relations best practices.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in hotels, resorts, or tourism operations preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
