Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor role based in Cebu Insular. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, leading a team to meet performance goals, and optimizing processes for efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, implementing strategic plans, and reporting to senior management. The role requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure the seamless execution of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and coaching abilities
• Experience with Operations and Operations Management processes
• Proficient Analytical Skills to review performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Effective Communication abilities for team collaboration and reporting to stakeholders
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
