Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage daily team operations, address issues affecting service levels, and create action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in coordinating team resources, monitor activities, and handle workforce tasks, including scheduling and compliance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, address employee issues, and identify training needs for strategic development.
  • Share information to improve standards and procedures and handle escalated issues within the team.
  • Regularly discuss feedback and updates with the team, and conduct meetings to discuss policies and processes.
  • Lead team projects to meet objectives and assume accountability for critical issues.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to build a high-performing team aligned with business strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate is required to meet the internal application eli gibility requirements before proceeding.
  • Disciplined and able to carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units
  • Collaborates effectively and accountably with stakeholders when making exceptions, including Compliance, other departments and individuals who are potentially impacted.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma, senior high, vocational course, or at least 1 year completed in a Bachelor's program are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CDN Group Benefits systems such as AWD, ManuConnect etc.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have completed leadership training or preparatory programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
