Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sneaker Support team lead is in charge of overall operations of Sneaker Support. This includes management of all shoe technicians, maintaining quality of work and exploring business opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. In-charge of day-to-day operations of Sneaker Support including but not limited to employee schedules and cleaning lead times.
  2. Responsible for maintaining sales data and other files needed
  3. Maintains and improves quality of work and efficiency of all shoe technicians
  4. Researches and executes new sneaker services to grow overall Sneaker Support business
  5. Coordinates with other departments on schedules, sales etc.
  6. Communicates with external customers when needed

Trains operations team on correct procedure in accepting pairs for cleaning

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):

1.       Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)

2.       Can communicate well with both internal and external customers

3.       Has good presentation skills for staff training

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Training:

College Graduate

Work Experience:

At least 1–2 years of supervisory, team leadership, operations, sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience. Experience in shoe care, retail operations, or similar service-oriented businesses is an advantage but not required.
