JOB SUMMARY:
The Sneaker Support team lead is in charge of overall operations of Sneaker Support. This includes management of all shoe technicians, maintaining quality of work and exploring business opportunities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trains operations team on correct procedure in accepting pairs for cleaning
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):
1. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
2. Can communicate well with both internal and external customers
3. Has good presentation skills for staff training
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Training:
College Graduate
Work Experience:
At least 1–2 years of supervisory, team leadership, operations, sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience. Experience in shoe care, retail operations, or similar service-oriented businesses is an advantage but not required.
