Job Overview
We are urgently hiring an Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure performance targets are met. This role is ideal for candidates with travel account experience, BPO operations exposure, or team leadership background. No minimum years of experience requiredcapability and readiness to lead are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day BPO operations and ensure SLA, KPI, and productivity targets are achieved
- Lead, coach, and develop agents and team members to improve performance
- Monitor operational metrics including AHT, CSAT, QA scores, attendance, and adherence
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues in real time
- Coordinate with QA, Training, WFM, and Support teams
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies
- Prepare and submit operations and performance reports
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Travel account / travel industry background preferred (airlines, hotels, OTA, bookings, ticketing)
- Experience in operations supervision, team lead, or SME roles is an advantage
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu IT Park or MOA Pasay
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced BPO environment
