About The Role

We are looking for highly driven Operations Supervisors/AM/Managers. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for driver-partners while maintaining strict compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is operationally strong, detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in handling high-volume operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end driver onboarding operations, ensuring smooth processing, document verification, and compliance completion.
  • Lead daily onboarding operations and support the team in achieving productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.
  • Ensure processes align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and driver experience.
  • Monitor onboarding performance, analyze trends and issues, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Handle operational escalations and compliance-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Driver Management, Marketing, Product Development, Special Projects and Offsite Operations to support business initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance management, and training.
  • Prepare reports and operational insights to support management decisions and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people management and handling operational teams.
  • Strong background in compliance, process improvement, quality control, or risk management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in onboarding operations, document verification, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
