Qualifications
- Bachelor's or college degree in Business Administration major in Economics,
Marketing or any equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic
planning.
- Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills. Has strong knowledge of business
management principles.
- Excellent research and data analysis skills. Has a good understanding of research
methods and data analysis techniques.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office).
- Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has the ability to work
independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Ability to analyze company procedures and create and implement necessary
improvements.
- Has a high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe
or deadline.
Role Purpose/Job Summary
- Responsible for analyzing market conditions to determine the feasibility and potential
profitability of a property and its business opportunities.
- Review and analyze sales and marketing trends and reports. Prepare summarized
presentations for Management information.
- Be updated and knowledgeable of industry trends and regulations pertaining to Real
Estate Sales and Marketing effective processes and policies.
- Assist Sales & Marketing Head and Asst. Head in developing reasonable Sales &
Marketing goals in terms of process and policies improvement.
- Oversee business operations and ensure that the processes and policies are aligned
with the standard procedure of Sales and Marketing and are distinguished from other
departments.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency of operations to ensure that the Department's KRA
is properly set and met.
- Ensure that proper branding is executed in all projects.
- Supervise the creation and improvement of Sales and Marketing processes and
policies, and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of progress as needed.
- Monitor and ensure that the S&M team's individual development plans are on track
and discuss with the Sales & Marketing Head and Asst. Head needed trainings as per
scheduled and has continuous progress, including continuous development of Sellers.
