Operations Supervisor (ECommerce)

This role focuses on overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce lifecycle by managing order fulfillment, maintaining an accurate and engaging product catalog, and ensuring the digital storefront remains functional and brand aligned. Additionally, the position involves analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize platform security and drive overall business growth.

Order Management:

• Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage order fulfillment efficiently.
• Address and resolve any order-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Product Catalog Management:

• Update and maintain the product catalog on the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in an engaging manner to drive sales and conversions.

Digital Storefront Maintenance:

• Work closely with the web development and design teams to oversee website/storefront updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines
• Conduct regular audits to identify and fix any website issues, such as broken links or loading errors.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures.
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present actionable insights to optimize operations and drive business growth.

E-commerce Platform Maintenance:

• Collaborate with the IT team and e-commerce platform providers to maintain the platform's functionality, security, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to propose enhancements to the existing platform.
