Responsibilities
- Attend daily performance dialogue (PDs) to review previous performance and shift strategies,
- Resolve pending issues, support game plan and coordinate help needed.
- Conduct team meetings to align daily game plan v Initiate or conducts root cause analysis on errors/misses encountered to identify reasons for failures, errors, misses or losses and take appropriate action
- Coordinate required resources to appropriate individual, team, or support group head
- Drive and implement operational productivity improvements
- Timely escalate performance and/or safety issues to site leadership as necessary.
- Efficiently allocate available resources based on shipment plan and operational priorities
- Identify individual performance measures, conduct regular review, and provide timely feedback
- Support individual training and development
- Shift or workload planning
Requirements
- With at least 3 solid years in warehouse management and/or third (3rd) party logistics management.
- Bachelor's degree holder or with equivalent experience
- Can handle people and can communicate in all levels
