Responsibilities

. Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires . Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership . Track team and individual performance of your employees . Track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees . Support to implement improvement activities . Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (break-bulk re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties . Perform basic stocktaking and inventory checks as well as basic data entry into the warehouse management system . Maintain material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable)

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. . At least 4 year(s) of working experience relative to the role . Ability to handle a team
