OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR ( LAUNDRY CHAIN COMPANY) CAINTA RIZAL
K-12 graduate or equivalent (Associate or Technical degree in Hospitality,
Business, or related field is a plus).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial or industrial laundry
operations.
1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations.
Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (for scheduling, reporting, and inventory
management).
SALARY: 20K PLUS 10% COMMISSION AFTER REGULARIZATION
