Responsible in supporting the Branch Management Team in ensuring profitable operations of Cinema in accordance with management's directives and income expectations through monitoring, reviewing and analyzing information relative to the utilization of Cinema facilities, compliance to standards in operations, workforce and personnel planning that will impact Cinema operations performance along with excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supports daily cinema operations including ticketing, scheduling, food counters, and equipment management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitors cash handling, sales reports, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy, control variances, and prevent shortages.
- Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash control standards to provide a secure and well-maintained environment.
- Assists in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns to uphold excellent guest experience.
- Contributes to staff development, performance monitoring, and training initiatives to promote teamwork and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a similar or related role.
- Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
