Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Structural or Civil Engineering, or any relevant courses, post graduate degree is an advantage.
With at least five (5) years related experience
Male can drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-driven.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications Ability to work under minimal supervision
Coaching and training skills
Skills in using MS Office application
Responsibilities
Responsible in ensuring effective delivery of operational services critical to expansion and maintenance of core business requirement.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies consistent with the vision, mission and core values of RUCS Konsult and achieve its performance, KRAS and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/recommendations according to customer needs. Forecast and Team performance metrics based on set KPI's/KRA's.
Stay updated on industry best practices, knowledge and trends.
Prepares and execute operation plan annually in alignment with the strategic plan set by the organization. Establish industry contacts that can complement manpower and operational needs of the team Makes recommendations on improving processes and controls to improve efficiency and productivity Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
