Overview
We're hiring an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day platform operations for a high-traffic online gaming and betting environment. This role sits close to the product and player ecosystem and focuses on operational execution, data monitoring, and live platform performance.
You'll work in a fast-paced, numbers-driven setup where operational decisions directly impact player behaviour, engagement, and revenue.
This is an onsite role in Manila and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, aligned with live platform activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across online gaming/betting products
- Monitor player activity, engagement trends, and operational KPIs
- Assist with user segmentation, task execution, and in-platform activities
- Track core metrics such as activity levels, retention, and usage patterns
- Prepare routine operational reports and flag performance issues
- Support live events, promotions, missions, or tournaments
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Support, Data, and Marketing
- Identify recurring issues, user friction points, or operational risks
- Conduct basic competitor and market monitoring
Requirements
- 13 years experience in operations, platform support, or similar roles
(iGaming, gambling, sportsbook, fintech, or high-volume digital platforms preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure in a live, operational environment
- Willingness to work shift-based schedules (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Interest in online gaming, betting, or digital platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting live operations, events, or user-facing platforms
- Understanding of player behaviour in real-money environments
