We are looking for an Voice Chat App Operations Specialist. This role focuses on recruiting, managing, and supporting agencies and hosts, ensuring strong performance, sustainable growth, and a highly engaging community experience. You will be responsible for optimizing operational workflows, building strategic relationships, driving data-informed decisions, and coordinating community activities that strengthen platform engagement.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage agencies and hosts to meet performance and engagement targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with guild leaders, streamers, and partners.
- Lead recruitment initiatives through both organic and paid channels.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze trends, and leverage data to refine operational strategies.
- Plan and execute online events, campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Address concerns raised by agencies and hosts, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive platform experience.
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social apps, voice chat platforms, live streaming, 1v1, or gaming environments.
- Proven experience managing agencies and hosts, with strong understanding of voice chat room ecosystem dynamics.
- Demonstrated recruitment ability with a track record of attracting quality hosts/agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficient in English and Filipino (written and spoken).
