Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
Serious, positive, and detail-oriented work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and strong team spirit
Responsible for tracking in-transit trucks and providing timely operational updates
Make regular follow-up phone calls to drivers to monitor delivery progress and ensure timeliness
Assist in handling transportation exceptions, safety issues, and daily operations
Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus
Strong execution ability and adaptability to flexible working hours
