Job Description

Mythesia is a boutique high-end travel agency based in Greece, assisting U.S. travelers with their trips to destinations in the European Union. We're hiring a Remote Operations Specialist from the Philippines to support our clients before and during their trips.

We are looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, is comfortable making decisions independently, and does not rely on frequent escalation for routine matters. The ideal candidate takes ownership, delivers under pressure, and is aligned with a European-style working environment that values initiative, accountability, and professional judgment.

Your Role

  • Finalize bookings (hotels, flights, activities) and prepare trip documents

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and supplier records

  • Provide live traveler support via WhatsApp, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot issues like delays or cancellations with empathy and speed

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written is essential)

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

  • Comfortable operating within a European business culture, where employees are expected to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, and assume responsibility for their work.

  • Previous experience in BPO, travel support, or hospitality preferred

  • Available for flexible shifts (aligned with EU hours, including nightshift)

  • Stable internet connection and professional remote setup

  • Candidates must be able to dedicate consistent, uninterrupted working hours and maintain reliable availability throughout the workday.

We work hard, but we respect people's time. Expect a real 8-hour shift, two days off every week, and no culture of constant overtime. When you're off, you're off.
