Operations Specialist (Chargeback)

Overview: Chargeback Specialist will contribute in supporting Disputes resolution and processing of scheme chargebacks. They must be a fast learner and eager to learn more especially in the field of Scheme chargebacks. The role requires a graduate of any 4year Business course.

What you will be doing:

• Disputes & Complaint Resolution
• Analyze and find better ways to defend a case.
• Continuous learning of scheme policies and rules

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Chargeback and Disputes
