The ideal candidate is a team player with at least 3 years of solid experience in Operations Planning role.
Responsibilities
- Promote and support operational risk management of the branch
- Control, monitor and facilitate all operations planning initiative/ event/KPI of the branch
- Prepare operations planning related reports required by the branch management,bHO, and local regulatory bodies such as BSP
- Support/ lead operational improvement related projects
- Monitor and report status of internal control targets
- Facilitate Operational Risk Control Self Assessment (CSA) related activities
- Coordinate operational risk management (ORM) activities accross the bank
- Monitor the Branch's key risk indicators or KRIs and prepare related reports as needed
- Ensure Branch's compliance to Head Office - Established Procedures (HOP) and monitor revisions
- Ensure Branch's compliance to internal operation procedures (IOP) and initiate revisions as necessary
- Evaluate risks inherent to new business products and services
- Coordinate with concerned departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent course
- With more than 3 years experience in operational planning or similar function within a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written/verbal)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
