Job Description

The Operations Planning, Control, and Analytics Officer is responsible for creating the technical documentation of policies and procedures for operating malls and implementing new systems to support these policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and update policies and procedures for operating malls by:

  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Observing real-time operations to assess ideal methods
  • Gathering data to validate recommendations
  • Applying process improvement practices

Develop process improvement and workflow projects by:

  • Conducting interviews, immersions, and special studies
  • Researching and benchmarking
  • Gathering business requirements and related information
  • Creating a project charter, plan, and schedule. o Performing other tasks necessary to move and complete the project

Set the yearly 3-day schedule of the malls

Review the mall-initiated sale events against the policy and already scheduled sale events

Review the mall operating hours during holidays e.g. Holy Week, November 1st, Christmas Holidays, etc.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • With at least one (1) year of technical documentation experience
  • Graduate of 4-year degree course: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any related course
  • Certified Industrial Engineer or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Required skills: communication, analytical, problem solving, process and information mapping, and project management

WORK LOCATION

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
