Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role of the Operations Standards Associate Manager is to support the Operations and Market Development Manager in the creation, implementation and monitoring of business plans, systems, and standards to ensure operational excellence and efficient business operations

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

  1. Create, document, and update business processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
  2. Lead process improvement initiatives, project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution across all stores and markets to identify and implement improvements to existing operational processes, workflows, and procedures.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance of all stores and markets on cascaded operational standards
  4. Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Administrative

  1. Plan and facilitate Coffee Alignment Meetings including the preparation of detailed agenda, Notice of Meetings, and materials; and ensure documentation of key outcome, resolutions, and action items.
  2. Track and drive follow-up on resolutions, ensuring clear ownership and timely completion.
  3. Prepare business plans, reports and presentations for a data-driven and high-level strategic discussion
  4. Monitor actual performance against annual plans and roadmaps, highlighting deviations and recommending preventive and corrective actions.
  5. Liaise with all countrylevel departments to compile weekly and monthly business review material
  6. Prepare reports and presentations that synthesize data for highlevel strategic discussions.
  7. Coordinate with other departments, partners and stakeholders to ensure an efficient and timely completion of projects and initiatives.
  8. Coordinate inter-departmental correspondence and stakeholder communication.
  9. Support ad hoc operational activitiese.g., coordinating resource requests, facilitating vendor engagement, or organizing executive-level coordination meetings.
