Are you passionate about operations, partnerships, and creating exceptional experiences We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing wellness platform based in the UAE.

This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll play a key role in scaling the business by managing operations, coordinating premium events, building strategic partnerships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations and project execution.
• Lead the planning and delivery of wellness events and experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, practitioners, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate partnership initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and logistics.
• Support business development and partnership outreach.
• Manage contracts, invoices, and operational administration.
• Ensure every event and partnership reflects a premium customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on strategic initiatives and company growth.

What We're Looking For

4–8+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, events, account management, or a related field.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.

Passion for health, wellness, events, or lifestyle industries.

Experience working with premium brands is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work GMT+4 (UAE Time)
