ROLE

• Operations Officer

WORK SITE LOCATION

• Santa Rosa, Laguna

JOB PURPOSE

• To assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned Artico Cold Chain storage facility.
• To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
• To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by the management for the assigned Artico Cold Chain storage facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant. Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients. Will handle the evaluation, preparation & renewal of service contract.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the NMIS, BFAR, BPI, FDA, and others of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility and timely renewal thereof.
• Working hand in hand with the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer shall be responsible for the start to end of the leasing process
• Liaise with the other departments / team to address issues and/or concerns of the customers
• Facilitate weekly operations update and report to Management the current operating statistics, concerns etc; and
• Work with the Operations Manager in the preparation of budgets and forward plan

QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate of Business Administration or Logistics Operations, or similar filed
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, food production or operations industry.
• Preferably from a Cold Storage Logistics background
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Willing to work weekends and holidays (if needed) or on-call
