Essential Job Skills/Duties
- Plans, organizes, and manages manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Monitors workflow and adjusts schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions when needed.
- Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with OQES to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Own service, cost, and quality KPIs.
- Optimize inventory accuracy and replenishment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional supply planning.
- Resolve escalations and operational bottlenecks.
Required Technical Skills

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's in supply chain Business or Engineering Course or related field.
- 10 years operations management experience.
- Track record improving KPIs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Master's in operations or business.
- High-volume omnichannel experience.
- Start-up or scale-up environment success.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Forklift safety certification.
- OSHA safety training completion.
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
- Problem solving skills (FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE), Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- APICS CPIM or CSCP.
- PMP certification.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises Operations Supervisors.
- Manages vendor and 3PL performance.
